Why doesn't my dancemoon MoonRoller collect hair?

Make sure to use the dancemoon MoonRoller correctly by rolling it rapidly back and forth over the surface where the hairs are to be collected, and also by paying attention to the fact that the wheel is rolling correctly and is not stuck. How do I clean the roller after use?

For daily cleaning simply use the equipped scraper to empty the collected hairs from the tank into the trash. For thorough cleaning the fabric can be gently washed with water and mild soap to remove any remaining hair and dirt. After cleaning, make sure the roller is completely dry before using it to ensure effective cleaning. Where can I use this dancemoon MoonRoller?

Where's the handle and brush?

When you receive the dancemoon MoonRoller, please follow the sticker to open the package, the handle of the roller is inside the tank, only need to install and tighten the handle can be used, no need to install a separate brush head! Is it suitable for my cat?
